Classic dance

PRE BALLET
In our school we initiate boys and girls in dance from the age of 3. Through a dynamic class, using improvisation and imagination, we make dancing look like a game for them. Without forgetting the objectives that we want to achieve in the little ones: to become aware of their body by working on laterality, coordination and use of space. To make the activity even more complete and dynamic, we propose that, of the two days a week that they come to school, one do ballet and the other Spanish dance. Thus, they gain a general awareness of each of the disciplines, obtaining all the benefits that each one entails, such as dexterity, balance, flexibility, musicality and harmony in their movements.

BALLET
It is a form of dance whose movements are based on the total and absolute control of the body. The whole body is a simultaneous conjunction of muscular and mental dynamics that must be expressed in total harmony of movements. Without a doubt, ballet or classical dance is the basis of all dances par excellence. In our school you can take ballet classes in its purest classical essence or in the most spontaneous aspect such as Contemporary or Lyrical, where the dancer can express himself more freely in his creations.

CONTEMPORARY DANCE
Contemporary dance arises as a reaction to classical forms and probably as a need to express oneself more freely with the body, without leaving aside the technical basis of classical dance. For this reason, the control of the body that you obtain with ballet is extremely important in order to develop Contemporary dance seeks innovation and the creation of new forms of movement according to the needs of the choreographer or performer.

LYRICAL
Lyrical dance is a fusion between ballet, jazz and contemporary. He is inspired by the lyrics of a song or instrumental music to express himself bodily. Artistic resources such as gestures, facial expressions, technical and complex movements are taken into account when conveying emotions. Lyrical dance practitioners, in addition to interpreting music and expressing emotions, learn a high classical technical base and improve their physical condition and muscle tone. It is ideal for lovers of ballet and jazz.

JAZZ
It is a popular dance movement that emerged in the early twentieth century. It is used to describe the dances practiced under a syncopated rhythm. From here the word "jazz" evolves towards shows and performances to refer to dance forms typical of cabarets, musical theater, cinema, television or video clips. Jazz uses multiple techniques such as those of classical ballet, contemporary dance and body expression.
